Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Superfluid iPhone app (the “App”). The App is developed by Pine Tree Labs Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a software development company incorporated in Singapore.
Our role
The App connects to a trading service operated by a third party (the “service operator”). We develop the App only. We do not operate the service and do not provide trading or financial services.
Summary
- The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- Data you send through the App goes to the service operator, which decides how it is handled.
- We receive personal data when you contact us, and in the reports Apple gives app developers.
Data on your device
The App stores its settings and your session on your iPhone so you stay signed in. Deleting the App removes them.
Data sent to the service
To work, the App sends data to the service operator, including:
- Account: your account's wallet address, an ID if you choose one, and an avatar generated from the address. Other people can see these, and can search for your ID. In demo mode the service creates the account for you. In live mode you sign in on the service's own web page, shown inside the App.
- Activity: your balance, positions, trades and results; the people you follow; the groups you create or join, their members and invite links; referral links; and the messages you post in chat. Leaderboard results and chat messages are visible to other people.
- Notifications (planned, not yet available): once the App offers notifications and you allow them, it will send your device's push token and the alerts you choose to the service, which sends them through Apple's push notification service. You will be able to turn them off at any time in iPhone Settings.
- Technical data: the service's servers receive basic request information such as IP address and time.
Market data
To show prices, the App connects directly to public market-data feeds of third-party exchanges (Hyperliquid, Binance and Bybit). Like any website, they receive basic request information such as your IP address. The App sends them no account data.
The service operator decides how the data sent to the service is used, kept and shared. Requests to access, correct or delete it, including deleting your account, are handled by the service operator.
Data you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you, keep it only as long as we need it for that, and handle it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You can ask us to access, correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, at support@pinetreelabs.xyz.
Data from Apple
As the App's developer, we receive information that Apple provides to developers under its terms: crash reports and usage statistics from users who choose to share them with app developers, and, for TestFlight testers, the tester's name and email address where Apple provides them, and any feedback or screenshots they send. We use it only to fix and improve the App, and keep it only as long as we need it for that.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
